Eric Shehadeh joined General Electric in 1996 at GE Healthcare Europe in France in the FMP programme before joining GE Capital in financial roles, particularly CFO of New Zealand, CFO of Thailand, MD & CFO of GE Capital MEA, CFO and Chief Operating Officer of Mubadala GE Capital in Abu Dhabi.

In September 2012 he was appointed chairman and CEO of GE Money Bank and since then heads activities in France and French Overseas Territories.

He holds a degree in political science and history from Point Park University of Pittsburgh and the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP-EAP).

Gilles de Launay began his career as an IT engineer (Renault Crédit International) before joining SOREFI  in Reunion in 1987 as IT head.

In 1995 he was appointed head of IT systems for French overseas departements within the GE Money Bank group.

In 2001, he worked on growth opportunities in the Pacific region and in 2002 set up GE Financing Pacific in New Caledonia.

In 2009, he took over as head of group IT systems at GE Money Bank group in Paris, before being named the bank’s chief operating officer in 2011.

He holds a degree in information technology from ESG.

Isabelle Meghnagi joined the General Electric group in 1986 at GE Medical Systems Europe, where she served in various operating and project management roles, including sales, service and collections, before joining GE Capital in 2002 as head of collections.

In May 2006, she was promoted to chief operating officer, before becoming head of strategic planning and chair of the works council in 2011.

Isabelle has now extended her role as head of human resources of the My Money Bank group.

Thomas Schneegans joined the GE group in 1996 at GE Plastics in the Netherlands before joining the group’s internal auditing department for two years.

Certified as a black belt in 1999, he then held various roles at GE Money Bank.

In 2000, he was appointed head of pricing for France and in 2003, became chief financial officer of GE Money Bank DOM. He served as Business Development Finance Leader for EMEA at GE Capital’s London headquarters in 2006 before joining GE Money Bank as chief financial officer in 2011.

He has been the group’s deputy chief executive officer since 2017.

He holds a degree in chemical engineering from Université de Lyon Il.

After three years of consulting in banking and finance, Philippe joined SOVAC in 1989 within the finance department before becoming head treasurer.

After GE Capital’s acquisition of SOVAC he was appointed head of short-term refinancing at GE Capital Europe in 1997.

From 2000 to 2004 he joined GE Money Bank as head of the management control committee for insurance products before being named chief risk officer for real-estate credit and debt consolidation activities in 2004.

In 2008 he began to supervise risk management of individual credit portfolios at GE Capital for more than 10 European countries.

In 2011 he took over as chief risk manager at GE Money Bank, and in January 2017 was appointed chief risk and compliance officer at My Money Bank.

Philippe Martinie is a SUPINFO IT engineer and holds a DESS degree in finance from IAE of Paris.

Bruno Vigogne began his carreer as fighter pilot before joining the French Gendarmerie Nationale where he was in command of several operational units.

In February 2009 he was appointed Chief Compliance Officer of the Energy Divison at Alstom in Baden (Near Zurich) Switzerland. In addition he was Director of Investigations.

In July 2014, he joined a Swiss Law Firm Lenz & Staehelin at Geneva where he was leading the Internal Investigations and Compliance Practice Group. He was managing a team of 20 lawyers and Compliance Officers in charge of cross borders issues, implementation and improvement of Compliance Programs.

He was also in charge to defend Banks fronting international investigations from Regulators or authorities.

In February 2019, he was appointed Chief Compliance Officer at My Money Bank.

Bruno holds a DESS law degree and he is attorney at law  from the Geneva and Paris Bars.

Dominique Quintard began her career in 1988 as the industrial group SAFRAN as a systems engineer.

In 1990, she joined the Banque Internationale de Placement (BIP), where she worked in various roles in the IT systems department, including head of front- and back-office systems and head of IT system security.

In 2000, she joined the GE Capital group as senior IT auditor and covered activities in France and Spain

In 2005, she was appointed head of internal audit of GE Money Bank and GE Money, French Overseas Territories.

As a member of the Executive Board of My Money Bank, she has served as head of periodic controls of Promontoria MMB since April 2017.
 
Dominique holds a degree from the ESME-Sudria Paris engineering school.

Jeremy Bracq joined General Electric in 2007 in the GE Healthcare FMP (Financial Management Program) in France and in the US. He then joined GE Money Bank in 2009 where he held successive roles in Pricing, Treasury, FP&A and Risk, before being appointed Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in 2015. He extended his role to Head of Pricing and Insurance in 2016, and then Controllership and Oversea in 2018.

In July 2018, he was appointed Deputy CFO of My Money Bank.

He holds a degree in Science of Management at HEC Paris.

Fady started his career at General Electric in 2004 in their healthcare division, before joining the Corporate Audit Staff program in 2007.

In 2009 he joined Mubadala GE Capital (Abu Dhabi, UAE), as the Pricing Manager and then as the Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Development finance Manager.

Fady relocated to Paris in 2014 where he held several roles at GE Money Bank including as Financial Controller and treasurer of the GE Capital France Holding Company (GECSAS).

He is currently the Treasurer of the My Money group.

Fady was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of MMB SCF in 2018.

Fady holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut, an Msc. in Medical engineering from King’s College London.

Matthieu Flichy has been Head of Investments and Corporate Development at My Money Bank since June 2017 after working for almost two years on the acquisition of My Money Bank for Cerberus.

He has more than 10 years of experience in structuring/restructuring on capital markets and investment banking at Lehman Brothers/Nomura and Lazard and then in investment funds at Cerberus. 

He holds a master in finance from London School of Economics and in management from Université de Paris Dauphine

Mathieu Becker holds Master degrees in European business law and in French and German business laws. He began his career in 1994 at Crédit Lyonnais as a litigation advisor. In 1995, went to Zurich Assurances, where he served in various legal and litigation roles within the department of branches until 2000.

From 2000 to 2006 he held various legal management position at the Swiss insurance company Winterthur followed by MMA Assurances/Covéa Risks.

In 2006, he joined the financial captive department of PSA, where he served as chief legal officer of PSA Insurance Limited and PSA Life Insurance Limited from 2011 to 2014, and then as chief legal officer of Bank PSA Finance beginning in 2016.

Since July 2017, he has served as General Counsel at My Money Bank.

Jean-Pierre Nelissen joined My Money Bank in June 2017. As a member of the Executive Board he is in charge of technology and heads up the bank’s digital and “agile” transformation.

From 2000 to 2017 he served as chief IT officer at ING and in various posts in the Benelux and Asia (India and Thailand). More recently, between 2014 and 2017, Jean-Pierre was head of IT services at ING Direct France.

Jacques Rouquette began his career in 1990 at BFCE in the auditing, organisational and procedures departments. In 1995, he joined the sales teams.

From 1998 to 2010, he was regional head of Natixis Northwest, then for Greater Paris and French Overseas Territories, in charge of relations with corporate mid and large cap customers. In 2011, he joined GE Capital France as regional head of factoring (GE Factofrance), equipment financing (GE Equipment Finance) and automotive financing (GE Fleet Service).

He joined GE Money Bank in 2015 as General Manager for the Indian and Pacific Ocean regions (SOREFI & SOCALFI in New Caledonia). Since 2017, he has headed up all French Overseas Territories.

He holds a MSG (master of business management) degree from Université de Montpellier and a MBA from the University of Maine (USA).
